Staff needs to be more friendly and helpful at front desk. They could use some customer service training. It was disappointing I couldn’t checked in earlier. I had an early flight and I was willing to pay extra. Hotel wasn’t full never saw anyone on my floor. Other than this my experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very close to everything. Our room was very unique, offering an experience that felt like living in the 1930s. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to Camilla at the restaurant and Valentina and Yasmin at the front desk. They printed our tickets and helped with recommendations. Camilla was always so sweet and kind, providing the best service when we were at the restaurant. The breakfast team was amazing too.
