We met Tatum at the front door and she made our check in so easy. We had to quickly book a second room and she was able to get us in the same floor with our elderly father. The friendliness and customer service was top notch! Our beds were incredible comfortable. The hotel was quiet. And our house keeping service was outstanding!

We are quite pleased with our room. My husband and I are mobility impaired so we much prefer a walk in shower. Melinda called me to make sure of our needs, and upgraded our room to a suite to accommodate us. The suite is very comfortable, the bed is heavenly and everything very clean. My only criticism is the lack of grab bars in the bathroom. Thank you Melinda for the lovely stay.

Extra charges
I was charged an extra $20.00 for arriving at 1pm. We just needed to leave our things and medication so it would sit in our car in the heat. The room was available, but charged an additional $20.00 without a receipt. Then the small room fridge had a broken piece laying inside the fridge that supposed to hold cans. We did not have can but a 1Liter of Sprite that we placed in fridge. I was called with numerous call and voice messages and finally returned call that the housekeeper found broken part in fridge. I kindly explained that piece was laying inside the fridge when we opened it. Report of the piece that was found laying inside the fridge would be reported to the supervisor. Call was ended.

Liked pretty much everything about my stay. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing if I had to say was housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am when check out was 11am. I did have the do not disturb sign in the door too. When I opened the door what looked like a supervisor said she was checking if I needed anything?? I was checking out that day I didn’t need anything. Maybe if I stayed over but I wasn’t. Overall it was great stay and great value.

Nice place but not sure of the beds being quee size. Breakfast wasn't to bad had i found some. Wasn't even 8 a.m and Breakfast is over at 9 and they had only eggs left bacon was far to over cooked. Biscuits were to hard. I had better Breakfast at this place before and it was far way better.

We always stay at this motel just this time the floors weren't swept , and the elevator stoped working and I was on the 3rd and with a disability had to use the stairs to check out , they didn't have a time on when the elevator was going to be fixed

The sheets on the bed were not clean and had been slept on. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to retrieve a second roll from the front desk.

Room was dirty both days. Mud and stains on carpet. Bathroom tub was dirty they left cleaning towels on sink. Walls dirty, room smelled bad need to do better in fixing beds
