Not good, not ever average!
Avoid Rooms 301 to 312, especially 312! 7am every morning 12/13 cleaners Turing up shouting, filling cleaning carts, then trailing them through the pathways, unbelievable noise! Reception had no other rooms available, however if I wanted I could book online Rude reception staff, not interested in trying to resolve for the guest!

Very clean and modern apartment, cleaned every day. Good facilities, good play area in swimming pool for children. Two pools, one unheated and this was generally where the adults could sunbathe in peace and quiet away from children area where water features were noisy. Good entertainment for families. Food was very good, also had supermarket on site which wasnt overpriced. Walking distance to bars and restaurants for entertainment, and also to beach and marina. Overall a great place to stay

New, clean and spacious
We stayed only for one night without meals, byt IT was great. Our apartment was clean, spacious, well equipted. Furniture looks new, comfortable bed. Popol area was also nice. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also close to the beach.

Did like the room was clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Plenty of sunbeds available although the usual muppets booked their beds with towels in the morning then didn't occupy beds until after 2:00pm usually. Hotel should do something about this! Didn't like late check in. We arrived at 11:30am. Was from 2:00pm onwards according to paperwork I received but hotel staff said after 4:00pm. Were to phone us when room was ready but never did. Left hotel for few hours and sat in Reception for 45 minutes on return until asking again. Room was ready and other staff member cheekily said to my face at desk to take this conversation as my phone call! Also no hotel supplied towels for sunbeds so had to buy them. Some food at breakfast was cold as it is left lying instead of being cooked on request.

Good hotel
1 week family holiday, the hotel is newly renovated. Our room was clean, shower was generally good but at times lacked pressure and went hot and cold. Breakfast was good. Pool area was lovely, kids pool and heated big pool were good but our 3 year old still found them too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes.

Wonderful
Lovely complex and the recent refurb has given it a really high end feel. The buffet is lovely and a diverse selection but if you’re all inclusive it might be a bit repetitive. The pools are lovely albeit the ‘heated’ pool is REALLY fresh and favours the brave. Plenty of sun loungers and space to relax in the sheltered sunshine.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless very clean and cleaned daily. We had a lovely pool view. Location was great 2 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Fab playground for the kids 2 minutes down the road from the hotel. The hotel was really lovely and modern. The staff even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday what a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Everything was great thanks

Nice one
Very nice hotel, we had no issues during our stay. Good entertainment and reception team. Very nice pool for kids, my girl was excited about it. We did not have room service unfortunately and I am not sure if we were meant to have one. And walk to the sea was a bit annoying, about 10 minutes. But there are a lot of shops, restaurants and playgrounds nearby, so the hotel has its benefits too.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room hot. The pool looked very inviting (sadly I didn't go in as I had a cough). The buffet food was a bit repetitive and my husband got food poisoning on the last day which did influence our overall view! However the cooked to order breakfast items were excellent and the chef very friendly.

Much improved but needs more.
Rooms are modern, beds are very comfortable however we were disappointed to find there was no AC only 2 overhead fans in each bedroom. There was also no safe which we found strange, a safe is a must have to store passports etc. We spoke with reception staff who contacted the maintenance team who delivered and screwed the safe to a shelf, this cost 21€, equivalent to 3€ per day. Our room was serviced twice in seven days and on 1 day fresh towels were left on the outside table. Food was on par with all-inclusive. Entertainment wasn't the best ive seen, however young Dom did well with the day activities and kept our 2 teenagers entertained. The footpaths had lots of weeds and needs some attention, also a daily tidy needs doing, we witnessed an ashtray be emptied onto the side of the walkway from one of the bungalows and the cigarettes, ash etc was still there when we checked out.. Staff are friendly and polite. Over all not bad but definitely not 4star.
