The reception was very friendly and the check-in was quick. The room was exactly as it appears in the photos, spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast served had several food options. Unfortunately, the TV in the room, it was not smart and did not have a clear image, was difficult to watch anything, which meant I had to use my cell phone to watch a movie. I was unable to use the pool on the day I was staying, the water was very cloudy and I did not feel safe. Which made me a little sad, as it was very hot in the city.

Our room's balcony had a wonderful direct view of Pico da Ibituruna, one of the main attractions in Governador Valadares. The hotel is right next to a full restaurant with superb food.

Hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. The room, towels smells moldy. Staff seemed unhappy and frustrated. The gym and sauna area is like a scene from a horror movie. I never right bad reviews like this but I feel people should know what they are getting. When I was searching and booking this was the most expensive and best rated hotel I could find so expected better quality. I hope this helps.

The General manager of the property didn't show care at all about the problems that i have with the sisment of payment !!! Their credit card machine doesn't accept international credit card . I consider very poor management. I could use my credit card any stored around their properties at grocery store, mall newspapers stores , restaurants any place at the restaurant inside the hotel , but accept to pay my hotel bill ,sorry give me a brack . I ask to speak to the Hotel manager about , but the top dogs was never available !!! Nor made it self available during the whole time the i was there !!!!

Fico sempre neste hotel, em 2 ou 3 ocasiões por ano. Então conheço bem o hotel. Muitos dos problemas que vou citar são recorrentes, ou seja, aconteceram em geral em todas as vezes em que fiquei no hotel. - pouca cordialidade no atendimento da recepção. Fica parecendo que eles estão fazendo um favor ao cliente ao atendê-lo. Muitas vezes, eles ficam na sala ao lado da recepção e somente olham para o cliente que está aguardando atendimento. Pouca cordialidade no tratamento. Talvez eles não saibam o que é isso. - em todas as vezes que você chega com o carro, você tem que parar o carro em frente à garagem, descer do carro, andar muitos e muitos metros (a garagem não é ao lado da recepção) para solicitar o recepcionista a abertura do portão, e depois voltar ao seu carro. Será que não existe alguma forma que dê menos trabalho ao hóspede? - falta manutenção em algumas partes do quarto. Vou dar somente um exemplo: no quarto em que fiquei você tem que ser um lutador de MMA para abrir a porta da varanda. Resumindo: bastante caro pelo conjunto.
