We stayed in the "Romantic Room" which was a short walk from the main hotel in a converted wharf arch. Gorgeous view, right on the water. The negatives were a rather shabby room with lights wonky on walls, a weird grass arrangement, various heaters, badly patched up walls. The biggest negative was the rather depressing lighting - a handful of wall lights which made the place look gloomy and was useless for putting on make up. We were out a lot and only there for one night so it didn't matter too much but, in my opinion, not great value for money. The parking is also a 5 min walk away and we weren't given the option to park elsewhere - and charged 30 Euros for an overnight stay!

Nice Hotel
The front desk was very helpful. They brought up some ice for us when asked. Room is clean, would be nice if the door to the outside was working so we could enjoy the fresh air. They hotel went out of their way to decorate our room for our 42nd anniversary!

Just finished 3 weeks in Europe and this was the most comfortable room we stayed in. The bike rack in the courtyard which is locked overnight made us feel safe leaving our rental bike overnight, and the staff was very helpful in extending our stay and providing laundry service.
