Bring ear plugs and eye mask
There is no sound proofing, so bring ear plugs. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. No problems with hot water. We did not have trouble with parking. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and grocery store a block away. But quality of the room was not good. Hair dryer was broken, one of the lamps had burned out bulb, multiple cigarette holes, weed smell, and the rooms get really hot even with the AC running. But it was cheap.

Decent, but with some annoying hassles
It's a two star hotel, and that came with some things that I should have expected but caused some annoyance. The elevator is slow, enough so where using it to move luggage into my room on the 2nd floor was not worth the wait compared to using the stairs. It was something I could handle, but for folks that are not as mobile may find that difficult. In my room I noticed that there was no information for logging into the wifi. When I asked the front desk the clerk asked for my phone and entered the password for one of the wifi connections available. I did not think that was professional, since I needed that password for my laptop as well and ended up just looking up what the password was in my settings. The more annoying things dealt with the plumbing. The sink drained slowly, so being economical with it in general use was something I had to keep in mind. The first use of the toilet clogged it, and there was no plunger in the room. I visited the front desk to ask for one, the clerk mentioned one would be brought up, or it would be taken care of, and I went out for lunch. I returned an hour later and the toilet was still clogged. I returned to the front desk, asked about the plunger, the clerk had forgot and said they would bring one up later. Back in my room, it wasn't long before it was brought to me, and I could take care of the clog myself, but the plunger didn't quite fit. Eventually I managed to unclog it, but it was a hassle I've never dealt with in a hotel before.

Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In
My experience staying in this hotel was not good for a couple things. Their so-called breakfast was only milk, cereal and bread on a counter. The staff was not friendly, no smiling at all. Also, the room key would become inactive after leaving the room for a few hours. However, I was not informed of this. At least twice, after I went out and came back, I took the elevator to get to room only to find out the key was not working and I had to take elevator back down to the front desk to get the key activated. This is frustrating and it never happened in other hotel I stayed in before.
