A good hotel

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's relatively quiet despite being right in the city centre. The hotel isn't so big, so it is not very busy. Staff in the hotel is great. Can be a bit busy in the hotel restaurant at breakfast time as it is pretty small. The hotel rooms and the hotel in general definitely show its age, and this isn't the most modern of hotels. But it is cosy in its own way and works perfectly fine for me. I have now stayed at this hotel for three or four times during the last year, and I like it.

Very convenient location in the centre of Tromsø. Bus stop for going to the airport opposite the hotel is also very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet to help you start the day with full energy. Bedroom is on the smaller side, but the beds are good enough, the bathroom with shower and toilet is fine, and a water cooker with tea bags and instant coffee is also provided.

Excellent location in centre of Town by harbour.Zoltan the receptionist was incredibly helpful by suggesting restaurants,things to do and even booked a restaurant for New Year's Eve as everything was closed. One of the other female receptionist was pleasant but not so helpful .

Poor value

Good location Mediocre breakfast, things run out, like juices. And the few people working could not keep up and put new up. Poor sleep due to seagulls screaming outside windows from every early morning. Seemed like windows were open. They were not. The least I expect from a hotel is silence, to get my sleep. Not here. Waffles in afternoon were cancelled a sign said without reason.
