Service at front desk and in the bar/restaurant was excellent. Our room faced west and the AC was off when we arrived. The first part of the night was uncomfortable as the AC struggled to bring the temperature down.

I’m a little surprised considering it’s the Wyndham hotel… it is very dated, old looking Needs a little bit more tender, loving care, nice pool but there is no pool service drinks, and such. … Gym is very dated old but I guess functional you’re looking to get some cardio in and light work out.. Overall, if the price is right, and you’re only staying for a couple of days maybe… But definitely would not be making it my first choice or second

1.I reported to the hotel receptionist (2 times) there was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Unfortunately nothing has been done, so I reported this issue for the 3rd time. The maintenance person came and said that his colleague will connect another gas bottle to improve the heating of the water. So , my wife had a shower, but I had cold one again. Next morning again no Hot Water. This issues with hot water were reported previously by other guest (please check your records), but hotel management done nothing. 2. No wifi in the bedroom. 3. Swimming pool out of order, hotel not inform us about this. 4. During checkouts, hotel try charge us for not consumed items by us. This was small amount, but this is still not acceptable. 5. Hotel not supply any complementary water, I think this should be minimum standard. I can only report, that we like the morning breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel. Andrew from Australia

Funcionários atenciosos, instalações boas e limpas. Quarto amplo com boas opções na TV. Água (quase) quente demora muito a chegar; pode ser um problema no inverno. Café da manhã muito variado e de excelente qualidade. Bem localizado com muitas opções por perto - não fica isolado como muitos que observei em Foz. Recomendo muito.

Excelente opção para quem não abre mão de conforto

Tudo perfeito! Estávamos em três adultos, a suíte é bem grande, com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro, mais um “sala” com sofá e armários, além de cozinha estilo americana. Banheiro grande, com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Checkin e checkout rápidos. Serviço de manobrista também ótimo. Café da manhã excelente, com várias opções. Todos os funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Enfim, excelente opção de hospedagem em Foz, para quem não abre mão de conforto.

Hospedagem ok

É um apart hotel, porém o quarto que pegamos era bem velho. Perdemos 2h porque o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando. O técnico veio e arrumou mas além disso, precisou até mesmo colocar mais gás para funcionar. O box estava vazando e molhando o banheiro inteiro. Também tinha bastante formiguinhas na área da cozinha e banheiro.
