8/10 Very good

My Stay at Home Towne Inn Suites by Red Roof
I stayed here because everywhere else was either Sold Out or not available due to the cleanup still ongoing from Hurricane Melton. The place was only ten months old. I had the following issues. I stayed on the east side of the building. There was no dark shade to pull down at night so the sun would be shining in your room in the morning. You wouldn't be able to sleep in even if you wanted to. The parking lights at night were so bright, you didn't even need a night light to find your way in the dark. There was one in the bathroom. The room was not sound proof. In the morning and a night you could hear the aircraft flying over or near the building. This was a design flaw that should have been addressed when the building was going up knowing how close this place was to the airport. There was no light under the stove top to see what you were cooking. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The bathroom had a cheap plastic toilet seat that was not tightened down. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The standup refrigerator had ice buildup in the fridge section. Turned the control knob down which seemed to take care of the issue. There was no pool here. Otherwise, it was a good value deal for the money. You would be able to eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and save and stretch your money during your stay.
