Hotel was nice, but was renovating a big part of it. Our room didn’t have any additional furniture (chairs), no breakfast, no swimming pool. Service was great though, very nice friendly workers. We stayed as a dance team, the workers were great dealing with our dramatic chaotic dance girls, even gave the soloist dancers a designated area to practice in!!

The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. Bree was AWESOME! She bent over backwards for everything and anything anyone needed with a huge smile. The gentleman working dayshift and the gentleman also working eventually my shift were AWESOME!!! The manager was nice but definitely looked out for the others working. Worst hotel ever
It was a bad experience. I stayed 9 days. No housekeeping the entire time. Garbage was piled up. Was told I had to clean and put it outside my door. No linen change. Ran out of body wash and no one at the desk from 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm even though I called numerous times and even went to the desk personally. No one there. Will never stay there again

There was the typical trashy hotel issues - unclean room with dirt/hair/etc. everywhere and the recliner in the room had the vinyl completely torn off it. Staff was slow and incompetent. But the biggest issue was I booked a "suite that sleeps 5" and they gave us a two queen room. The bumbling semi-incoherent front desk person kept defiantly stating that they could call that a "sleeps 5" room and that we were simply supposed to have 3 people sleep in one of the queen beds. I've traveled extensively for two decades and while I've stayed in some trashy hotels before, I've never had one simply outright lie about their rooms like this.
