I went online and they said that the room was canceled and my money would be refunded. Was still charged for the room. We went to Comfort Inn and had a good experience. Very nice staff at check in which was quick. Strange noise in room so we ran the fan to try to block out noise. Sliding door on shower fell off the track on my husband. Dirty shower. Ran water in shower for 5 minutes to get hot water. TV sits catycorner to bed so get crick in your neck to watch TV.
