Une retard de 4heures lié à un accident de train me avait fait venir après 21heures,mais Valérie de la réception m'aider on me envoyer les coordonnées pour avoir accès à l'hôtel et a ma chambre. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié son aide. Également la literie c'était un vrai plaisir de dormir dedans. L'amabilité de l'ensemble de votre équipe et a noté également.
