Fantastic stay!!
Our stay was faultless. We arrived very early (we had checked in online), left our bags securely with the staff and were provided a private room to change into ski clothes. Reception bent over backwards to get our ski passes and equipment sorted as soon as possible to allow us to ski that day after giving us a lift to the ski lift, despite it being out of hours for this service normally. We returned very tired later with our room now ready and our bags already in the room. All the staff were incredibly helpful and cannot fault anything. Food was great also 👍 The hotel is well appointed and in very good condition 👍👍

A fabulous place to stay in La Clusaz. The hotel is beautifully styled. Rooms clean and comfortable. Tea avaialble in the reception area at all times. Afternoon tea and cakes provided to guests every afternoon. Breakfast has a good selection in the hotel bar. The spa is wonderful. I had a great massage there and used the sauna, polar room and pool every day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ski storage downstairs is a real plus along with the shuttle going right past the hotel to take you to the lifts. They will also take you in their hotel car if you miss the local shuttle. Centre of town is 1 min walk down the steps. Great location and 5-10 mins walk to ski lifts without shuttle.

A very nice looking hotel with good rooms, pleasant staff and high quality overall. However the room was extremely warm in the hot weather (no AC) so we barely slept at all. This brings the overall rating down. If the weather had been different we would have given the hotel the top mark, but without AC it’s not good enough unfortunately.
