I checked the room it was outdated and stained couch looked like something from a frat house stained carpet pulled the covers back to find ROACHES in the bed!! Worst hotel iv ever been in cause I sure didn’t stay

In the south side so not the best area of town I assumed by the early 2am domestic dispute with the person next door to me and local law enforcement. But hey, $70 to rest my head for the night and hold over my family for the night not too bad. Free breakfast was only coffee, waffles, cereal, and choice of fruit.

Stop and get full of Great dinner.
Room ok but only 1 towel for 3 adults. Made 3 attempts at desk to acquire additional towels. Pillows need an upgrade bad. Busy motel. Possibly understaffed night manager. Some wear in room. Amazing food across the street at "Golden Chipstick' made the average room and limited breakfast worth the stay.

NEVER STAY THERE!!!!!!!
I took several pictures and video of how disgusting it was on the floor the toilet, not clean with pubic hairs on it, the bathtub looks like it never has been clean and had a moldy curtain so I had to kind of bathe in the sink because I wasn’t stepping foot in that nastiness, the TV remote wouldn’t work and didn’t have a cover on the batteries, the bathroom door knob was broken and so was the entry door to the room. I had reserved a single king bed, but they overbooked and gave mine away and wanted me to pay more for the double room they put me in. It was so freaking disgusting along with she wanted to charge me extra for one hour later check out. It took a coworker that finally came and fixed it all and she was completely wrong rude, and it took an hour and 15 minutes to check in to the worst place I’ve ever stayed!

Major improvements needed
Our room was very run down. The couch was badly stained and had tears in it. The toilet ran all the time. The elevator was filthy and smelled badly. For the breakfast they offered it was waffles but were out of syrup cereal but saw no milk. We went to ihop. We have stayed here many times in the past but it’s been a few years. It has really gone down hill. We won’t be back.

I stay here often but for the past 3 stays I have had issues like no towels in room, not very clean, and there was no filter in the coffee pot ,no light build in the lamp. I know they can have a great property and service but lately it's lacking. As a regular I feel like the accomodations should be on point for anyone but especially someone who stays often
