Traveled in for kids tournament. Check in was easy, room had faint odor, beds appeared clean, floors was dirty, ceiling in the bathroom was completely rusted(no exhaust fan), water pressure was good....it didnt help that we were beside the lobby, but 0 insulation, heard everything and everyone until about 2:30am, then all I could hear was a train in the distance.AWFUL

Hotel is tired and ready for some investment. Our bedlinen and towels were stained and the whole place needs refurbishing. Staff were pleasant.
