At first, I moved into a room in good health, but perhaps the energy in the room was off, as I started feeling very unwell and was confined to bed for several days, unable to leave the room. After my son prayed with me, I was able to get up. I reported the issue to the hotel, and they kindly changed my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Now, I’m staying comfortably and plan to stay for a few more days.

Good choice!

Great pick. It was everything I hoped for and am going back again. The onsen was awesome. The breakfast buffet was good too! Onsite convenience store was handy. The staff was helpful. The elevator is wicked fast! A very kind Japanese woman gave me some pointers for my first time onsen experience. Take the cup/bucket from the running bowl of water and pour it on yourself to acclimate your body to the warm water before going in. There are lockers for your clothes. When they tell you to bring towel from your room bring both towels (big one to dry off and small one to cover your front going into the bath). There are robes and slippers in your room to wear down there and that makes changing much easier. Enjoy your stay!

Disappointing

We stayed in the Garden wing of the hotel and it was very dated and worn. The bathroom had mold stains and was most definitely not designed for tall people. The staff was friendly and the airport shuttle convenient. If you decide to book be very mindful of what room you choose. I imagine the other wing might be newer

Ok for the cost

The rooms were outdates, old bathrooms, the sheets were smelly and blanket has stain. Dinner and breakfast very chinese style - not much fresh options. The hot springs were not so clean, you have to walk a lot to be there and there is a fee.

Hotel was ok. Close to airport with shuttle bus service. Wish they had extend shuttle bus a little later as there was no shuttle bus after a certain time. I got lost, no one to show me the room was in the other building. Disappointed outdoor onsen was closed. Otherwise, hotel was ok, a little old. Nice robe provided, toiletry and slippers.

Need some improvements

At first sight the facade of the hotel looks great, but in the inside, elevators, and some of the areas need improvement, in particular the rooms which are way too old; at least the one we got. But, what I didn't like at all, it was that the comforter in one of the beds seemed to be dirty, visible dirty spots, and that's disgusting. What was really good was the food in breakfast, just the person at the front of the breakfast area was not that nice. People at reception was kind though.

This is a really good value hotel. You can enjoy the hot springs at a low price and the breakfast is really great. I recommend it.

Great onsen, restaurant buffet and FamilyMart!

This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal Japanese-speaking ability.

Nothing on the profile or website that says tattooed people aren’t welcome in the public bath. I would’ve saved money and stood somewhere cheaper.
