It was a delight to stay at this beautiful hotel. A Lovely comfortable clean spacious Room which was serviced daily - thankyou to the cleaning staff who worked so hard. Amazing Friendly, helpful front desk staff who always had smiles on their faces and were willing to engage in a chat when passing. Also to the polite doorman who always acknowledged you when entering & exiting. Loved our 6 day stay in Ljubljana

This should have been a straight A no-brainer. While the hotel is exceptional in many aspects, the reason for my low scores in eco and facilities categories are due to the bath awful design. No hangars in the bath? How I am going to save the towels? How Am I going to take a shower with a half shower with no pole to hold? The glass outside the tub is insufficient and water will splash on the floor making a mess and again wasting resources. Who was the designer or decision maker for this configuration? Have the asked people on how they shower before setting on this design? Disappointed on Grand Plaza…

The hotel is very modern, elegant. The room was very spacious with a large bed. The breakfast was excellent. Overall - a great stay. The two negative things were: (1) the parking spot in their garage costs 30€/day, and (2) it was a bit cold in the room.
