I was disappointed in general because the hotel was very noisy and crowded and mostly unorganised. You have to wait in long lines for breakfast and dinner. Water flow in the room was very poor hard to take a shower. It took 2 hours to check in. We checked in at 5 although check in should be at 3. The hotel was really nice before but i think they are taking people now over their capacity which makes it very hard to organise

We travelled with 2 kids (2&6yo) and this hotel was perfect. We rated at the 2 BR suite.It had 6 pools, and 3 indoor playgrounds. We went in July and it was hot so we used the pool in the am 9-11:30 had lunch, napped and used their indoor playground when the heat is unbearable (12-3pm)(love the afternoon tea at mirage family Lounge-an upgrade). Me and my son would live here 😊

We had an amazing ten day stay here it is perfect for familes just amazing. ALL the staff are brilliant the lifegaurds around the swimming pool are friendly and livleybto talk specail hello to Jamal the lifegaurd. The food is very nice and plenty of options we ate in all the restaurants and the staff are brilliant , friendly and and a pleasure too talk to JK, Joan and TON were lovley people.
