The room was outdated, low quality bedding and linen. The A/C didn't seem to work, the room was generally uncomfortable. The staff spoke the bare minimum but maybe it was due to different languages. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was delicious.

I have to give the highest possible rating on the breakfast and front desk staff specially Lukasz at the breakfast area. He really made a difference. Congratulations and you should expect me back. it was a great service.

It was good experience to stay @ Best western, they should give more things to customers, like soap, shower cap etc. small small things were missing. Over all it was ok.

Room was clean. However there was no A/C on our floor. They brought us a fan and offered another room but we didnt want to pack up and move. It cooled off nicely in the evening, but no window screens and construction noise next door began at 6:00am. Lots of construction around the property as they are building next door and also adding a tram line so streets are all torn up. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
