Very clean and comfortable hotel in a lively neighborhood. The parking lot is right out front, but is a significant additional expense (~$20/day). If I had to mention a few other slightly annoying things, it'd be the pillows, and you can hear and (kinda) feel the tramlines running in the street out side.
