At arrival our room wasn't very clean and bed sheets werent changed, i brought this to their attention and they gave us another room which was much better, the veiw was great, parking was an issue the whole time but we made due and it was good enough that we would come back here again

Only book for the view
View was awesome. Beds and bathroom were clean. The rest...not so great. Broken elevator, broken air conditioning, fuzzy tv signal, dirty floors, constant smell of pot on balcony- they have a no smoking policy but dont enforce it. No trash can in the room. But the view and proximity to the beach and price...I have no regrets.

Well Hotels had it rated as a 10, the price was fantastic, the location beautiful. The rooms view and closeness to the beach were marvelous, parking was great. The room was a disappointment panel missing on ceiling, water just warm, bedding, pillows, mattress, and furniture plus curtains all old and not nice. Pool and elevator were not working. None of the doors would close correctly. But can't beat the location right between Senior frogs and Sharkys.the beach was beautiful

Bed Bugs
We arrived and found bed bugs in our room. Staff was prompt in getting us a new room that just so happened to be adjacent so it had bed bugs too. Staff was friendly and helpful in refunding and resolving my issue but the hotel itself is in poor condition, no working elevator and the office is closed so you have to work with a hotel down the street.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed in PCB blood on beds! Super sandy floors very rude staff told me to just wait for someone to bring me new sheets and keep the bloody ones until they got there so loud it was not funny no phone in room have to fight for parking with the sharky people they share a parking lot very small parking lot!! Shower had mold all in it. And floor was squishy I would absolutely no way ever stay here ever ever again!!!

Parking lot filled quickly, but extra parking was up and across the road…very inconvenient. Floors were dirty and had sand on them (needed to be swept). Hot water cut off 3 times while showering for 10 minutes. Had to go up the street to check in and out. Office was closed both times. Tv was fuzzy and not clear. Rental next door was occupied by a couple that continuously slammed doors and cussed and argued outside in the halls.

Nasty!!
Not good at all!! First 2 days in my room no hot water for showers for me or my kids!! The paint in the tub was coming up from the water in the tub, i asked for it to be fixed & to speak with Manger unfortunately didn't see or hear from Manger until on Friday day before my check out ,he said he would call me about the problem at the Reef , still haven't heard from him but i really didn't think i would even though he said he would call my cell, no phone's in room pool wasn't cleaned & kids couldn't swim in pool ,refrigerator had hair in it & so much ice frozen in freezer we couldn't use it , had to wait on our towels for hours . And we told them about all issues but nothing done & we drove hours to enjoy our stay i would never stay at Reef again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone my concern was the paint with my child & the i tried from day 1 until our check out date to talk with Manger & nothing until Friday & never heard from him, if you say you will take care of someone you do it not just say it i give this hotel & Manger a 0 out of a 100 !!

Reef at Seahaven Room 464 (DO NOT ENTER!!)
The Room was not clean. There was hair on the floor, as well as Sand. There were no Towels in the room, and the person at the desk seemed upset that I would go there and ask for them. The Bathroom had holes in the wall, where it looked like the Towel Rack had been torn down. There was no Toilet Paper Dispenser Roll. The Holder was there, but no roller. The Shower Was disgusting. Looked like it had been painted, and the pain was chipping off of the Tub. The Handles to the shower leaked when it was turned on. The Air Conditioner unit looked as if someone had glued some cardboard to it, and then when it was removed, it left remnants of Cardboard on the Unit. The Cofee Maker in the room did not work. The Doors, going into the room, were not properly sealed, and you could see light completely around it. This caused the door to slam, whenever it was closed. The Door to the Balcony was also very old, and you could see light around it. It was so badly warped, that you almost had to slam it to close it. Overall, We rate this room an F, and would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. We paid for 2 nights, but with the condition of the room, we did not stay the second night, because we were just not comfortable being there.
