The blood crime scene in 226

Once we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk wasn't very friendly,nor helpful. We got to our room after a night of working and long drive, only to discover our room was a crime scene. There was blood everywhere. The bathroom walls,tub,shower curtain, and jacuzzi tub. The walls near the jacuzzi, the smoke alarm on the ceiling. As tired as we were and as unfriendly as the desk clerk was we decided to tackle the hurdle in the morning. Next morning we decide to conta t front desk and let them know. They had no other rooms available, they sent housekeeping who tried to clean it and she even called the front desk lady and she tried to clean it. The front desk lady explained the manager would call me. We checked out on monday and mind you it is now Wednesday and still no contact. They made sure they charged for the crime scene. I loved the area, but this hotel/ motel is not it! I wasn't going to leave a review, but with no contact from management to rectify the situation. I had to. I work in housekeeping as well as i have worked as a night auditor, and we take/took care of our guest. My husband was completely disappointed as this was his bday trip! So now the running joke is.. i take him to crime scenes for his bday! I really wish management would have contacted me to rectify the situation.
