The hotel is unique - it has a position on a hill overlooking on all sides the sea and the gardens are beautifully kept. There is space to wander around a beautiful beach and though you know you are there with other people a space and tranquility too. The restaurant near the bar is wonderfully overseen and you are treated with real friendliness.

The hotel is wonderful. Good food and beautiful views. Check in however is painful. They sit you down, make you fill out this whole thing on an iPad and the nice lady was trying to get us to go eat before going to the room. It was 21:30 after a long travel day and I just wanted to wash my face and take my shoes off. It would be ideal if you just hand over your passport and card, and have them fill out the info and hand you a key card. The balconies could use a bed or ottomans to put your feet up.

Minos Palace is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and top notch service. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from and to the airport. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nicer sea view, received a very warm welcome with a welcome drink and tour of the hotel. The food is excellent, every staff member is very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic - spa, restaurant, lounge area with live music & DJ, pool, beach, and wellness activities like yoga and sound baths. It's also a short walk to the town. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, and would easily stay here again. Thank you to the team at Minos Palace!

The hotel is excellent we stayed in the upper deck infinity rooms which were quiet and comfortable. An issue with the air conditioning was quickly sorted out. Amazing property in front of the sea (take "Ocean view" for an open view on the sea, while "Sea view" is for the view on the port side (partial sea view, then). I enjoyed the shared pool with my room for more privacy and loved the access to a beautiful private beach (it's a pity that some customers always reserved for the whole day their sunbed, though). The breakfast buffet is amazing with an extraordinary choice of local food. Definitely a lovely stay, perfect to relax.

This is such an amazing hotel. It’s modern, clean, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s an easy walk into the town if you are able, otherwise it’s a very quick taxi ride. I have stayed at other five star hotels in Greece and this one definitely earned its five stars. We stayed in a sunrise room and it had all the mod cons that you would need. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was excellent. I really liked the fact that it had air conditioning and a fan in the ceiling in the bedroom so you could regulate the temperature to your liking. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely beautiful hotel. Wonderful food and the nicest staff. Room interor was not the comfiest. Also the wifi worked only at 1am. I had a good holiday here and felt relaxed. But it’s the little things that give any hotel their fifth star. Fruit fly invasion at breakfast isn’t one of them.

Overall the stay was good but overpriced. The service was great except for the reception (didn’t seem like they cared very much). The rooms were, at best, 3-star level however charged at 5-star prices. The best part about the property were the pool and the private beach.
