In general good but lack some services.

It is a nice and clean hotel. However, the rooms lack basic services such as slippers, a water kettle, coffee and tea, and toothpaste. I have been to many hotels, and you would expect such services in a hotel of this level. Also, they take parking fees.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Excellent stay from start to finish!

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

Would have preferred to be informed about the closed spa and rooftop bar. None of the above were open Monday + Tuesday but neither there was any information about that. If known, I would not have paid this amount of money for “nothing”. Breakfast staff was very polite and breakfast room was clean and nice. Hard to find the hotelreception and the entrance was hidden.

God lokation

Great location! Really friendly staff, nice rooftop bar with 360 views and very close to the walking streets with quaint old buildings, shops, restaurants and more. Breakfast was yummy and so was dinner. But… that said, the windows couldn’t be opened in the rooms, the room temperature device didn’t work and the reception couldn’t fix it. It was very stuffy in the room and the lack of fresh air was nearly unbearable. And it was way too warm to get a good night sleep. Also missing a fridge or minibar and satellite TV if you’re not Swedish.

Lika bra som sist, fint frukost startar dagen speciellt för mig som inte äter gluten och laktos. Fina rum med balkong om du väljer det. Tillgång till gymmet på sidan av hotellet. Om det är några små saker som jag tycker är lite irriterande så är det nog at balkong dörren inte kan låsas "lite öppen" och att dubbel sängar är 2 enkelsängar, vilket betyder att de alltid glider ifrån varandra. Vid uppdatering hadde det varit bra att bara ha riktiga dubbelsängar. Ringer och frågade om vi kunde få samma rum som sist, inga problem alls.
