Very friendly and helpful staff. lovely room, however a bit small. The location was perfect for a mini-holiday. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ok, but i would have liked the boiled eggs to be warm, and the cheese to be less dry. It dries quickly when one slices it so thinly.

After spending many, many, hours sweating where to stay for my second visit to Amsterdam, I pulled the trigger and landed in this Gem. What a great find. Recently renovated hotel, our room seemed like we were the first occupants. Super clean, always friendly staff and AMAZING location. Choose this place if you want to stay among the locals in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from everything. We almost always walked everywhere, as it was as fast or faster than taking the trams or metros. Breakfast was great too! Enjoy!

Unplanned weekend in Amsterdam
Flight delayed two days travelling home, found the Citadines nice and central in Amsterdam. a 5 minute walk into the central shopping area, with plenty of sites to see. A good choice.

We stayed at citadine chains before but this one is by far one of the best. The room is designed to accommodate the needs of a young family. Everything in the room was in good shape and order. A small improvement could be more towel racks inside the bathroom. But other than that I can't complain the free coffee bar with unlimited refill gets my day going. It was a bit hidden in the back of the touristic Amsterdam but at the same time, it was safe and a close walk to everything. The reception prepared little gifts for women to celebrate March 8 which was cute and thoughtful. The staff were warm and helpful. It wasn't busy and the staff suggested us to do more after our checkout on our last day.

Was an ok stay. We booked a room with 1 double bed but it was just 2 twins pushed together that were constantly separating during the night. Also the walls and doors are pretty thin and you can hear everything happening in the halls and room next to you. Otherwise room was clean, staff was nice and it was a easy and relaxing quick stay
