My husband and I took our 4 kids to visit the area for potential living, we rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 4 days. Our first night the refrigerator stopped working until my husband messed with it and got it to work again. The guest bathroom had a leak from this ceiling hatch, I guess it came from the upper apartments restroom. I emailed the hotel and they got back to me in a timely manner BUT I was already asleep when I got a response, told them everything and the whole trip we were there the leak slowly got worse. The person I was emailing back and forth with offered to move us into a different unit but didn’t have anymore 2bd apartments (which is understandable). But when the leak did get worse I called, and there was either no order put in yet or they were waiting to hear something back. They had our permission to enter to fix the leak, no one came. No one came the entire time to fix our leak, the bathroom became unusable because of water flooding the floor. We were using pots to catch the water drip, our towels to dry up the floor. It was a mess. The apartments were overall nice, the unit itself was cozy, set up beautifully. But that leak is really what did it for us. We couldn’t really enjoy our stay inside because we were too worried about the leak and making sure to control it.
