Cool little hotel
The building used to be a school, and it retains a lot of its historic charm. The rooms were clean and tidy--mine was on a higher floor, with beautiful views of downtown St Paul. Would stay here again.

A great place to stat
Cool vibe - a reconditioned convent with the right mix of nods to the part focus of the building, comfortable rooms, and an austere air to the place.
Being a couple blocks away from the Palace Theater, restaurants, and the Xcel Energy Center make it a nice location.

Kitschy, clean and comfortable
Unique hotel with a story. Good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, great location. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. Only thing I would have change would a full length mirror and more surface space in the bathroom with a table or bench. Other than that no complaints!

A warm room
A unique space. We had a level 1 king room and there was a lot of street noise, including the public transport train. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel. Shower was super hot and so was the heat, which was perfect on a very cold Minnesota winter night.

Cool Spot!
Cool place to stay. Accessible via an ADA side entrance. Really pretty with original woodwork. Very modern bathrooms. Small sink space, but it's fine. Easy access to get wherever you need to be in St. Paul. My room was right next to the rail, so got a little loud, but I got used to it. Easy parking in ramp next door. Good breakfast included in price in a former chapel with lots of light and stained glass. I would absolutely stay here again. Probably wouldn't stay with small children. Great spot for business trips, singles, couples.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and comfy bed!
Downtown location a little noisy with sirens, church bells, light rail horns but that’s to be expected.
Lovely free breakfast included!
