Nice hotel. Well located for access to transportation and in walking distance of town centre and restaurants. Good breakfast facilities and choice. Wine stone restaurant was very good too. Overall a good place to stay in Poznan. The only negative is having a room overlooking the road/tram/train junction can be noisy.

The hotel is ideally placed for the airport, main train station and city centre. The hotel was well decorated. The allocated room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was a tea/ coffee machine but no complementary water. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Both were very good. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Amazing hotel, staff very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Oskar who had been extremely helpful and showed outstanding customer service skills, people like him are asset to the company. Hotel is located in heart of city centre close to all transport links (bus, tram, train) room i stayed in was quiet and spacious. Highly recommend

Service was absolutely terrific and the room drastically exceeded my expextations. Everything was perfectly clean, there were many power outlets and for the price (67€/night) it was a literal steal. Due to an unforseen failure in the air conditioning system the room got fairly hot at night (summer), but as a compensation they offered free parking and free breakfast. Great

Vegetarians beware! They can suddenly and without changing signs add meat to vegetarian dishes. I've been having many breakfasts at this hotel, but suddenly when I was eating the baked beans I notice small non-bean shaped beans. These were pieces of sausage. The sign still said "Baked beans". They argued that it was normal to eat sausages with baked beans, which might be true but there was still a big tray with sausages right next to the baked beans, so it's not like they're missing out on the sausages. Hiding meat in an obviously vegetarian dish is NOT OK. Now, thanks to this hotel my 11 year vegetarian streak was broken.
