We had an awesome stay!

Kyle at the front desk checked us in and gave us an upgrade to an incredible room! Kyle was friendly and gracious, and so helpful! The hotel is grand and beautiful, and there is an historic section with incredible architectural details. The views of the river from our room were incredible. We loved every minute and hope to stay there again.

Perfect location

Great stay! This hotel is in the heart of everything, perfect location. Our room was nice, aside from some flickering lights in the bathroom. Great fitness center, pool, and sauna!

Chicago April 2025

The last five years we have been staying at your hotel when we visit Chicago. We love the new room updates location for the most part. The staff is been very friendly and accommodating this last trip. Wonderful Place!

The service from the moment we stepped out of the car until after we checked-out was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional, accommodated every request we made. The pool was the most beautiful pool and pool room I have seen anywhere!
