Lovely view
The apartment was beautiful and had an amazing view. The rooms were very comfortable to fit our family of 4. However, we found the rooms and lounge room extremely dusty. We all felt very congested when we had slept for the time we were there. The fire place was also not protected by anything in front of it and feel as though due to their not being any feature to stop a child touching it, it can be quite dangerous. Overall, it was a nice stay and enjoyed the remainder of the facilities.

Great 3-Bedroom Stay
Fully equipped 3-bedroom. The view were great from the living room. The only thing I didn't like was the location of both bathroom on the lower level floor with the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom was a smaller one just off from the lower level from in front of the stairs in odd position. I wish the speakers provided were more updated with BT capabilities.

Property was amazing, great view of the mountains and lakes. There was a well equipped kitchen and laundry. The place was very comfortable, linen and bedding was all clean. Bathroom has heated towel rail and heated floors which was well appreciated after coming back in from the cold. Location os very close to the main hub about 7 minutes drive. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and stay.

Classy apartment with spectacular views. Super comfy bedding (note: pillows etc used in apartment can be purchased directly online from Alora House in NZ - overnight delivery available). Nice to have washing machine and dryer available. Apartment is about 15- 20min walk from downtown Queenstown. Excellent communication from host throughout stay.

Great views and very welcoming hosts. The heating and lighting were turned on when we entered. The place has great views of the remarkables from the balcony, and is a walking distance from the city centre with all amenities. Has heated floor on the bathrooms. Nice spacious rooms and good for a family holiday. All the utencils are provided, along with oil, salt and pepper. They even had a welcome drink. Best is the response times to any queries, including having a phone number. (Unfortunately, you do not have a manned reception, but George was available at all times and very responsive over email.) We spent most of the time outside the property given the beauty of the area! There is a separate lock up garage too, and it is fine for a small car, but may be a struggle for larger cars, so please check before booking.

This apartment was a dream come true. The view was breathtaking, the apartment was light-filled and airy, heated floors and towel racks, showers were updated and clean, plenty of seating, and our favorite thing was the gas fireplace. The only drawback was the construction happening between the apartment and town, which is out of the control of the property. Overall, we were very comfortable, and had great family time together. We even played Who Am I. If we ever have the pleasure of visiting Queenstown New Zealand again, this is where we will stay.
