The service here is very good and every staff member is very nice. However, breakfast costs extra. In addition, the shampoo was empty in the room I booked. There are stains on the curtains. Everything else is ok. The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around, with all flavors, breakfast and dinner are not a problem.

This is an excellent hotel with great value for the money. The room is large and specious. The bed is comfortable. Upon check in, the room AC unit was so noisy we had to change rooms, as it made so much noise it was like sleeping inside of a jet engine. After that it was fine. The hot breakfast and the dedicated 9th floor lounge for it are excellent. Selection and variety are excellent. The breakfast staff (i.e. Patricia and Kay) are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole breakfast and lounge experience memorable. They are two superb ambassadors for the hotel. They deserve to be congratulated for a job well done.
