Pleasant, albeit a little noisy

This is a fine hotel. It's not great, but it's not at all bad - most importantly, my room was clean and fully functional (not always the case in hotels like these). It's on the side of the freeway that doesn't have much to offer, so you're not walking to anything from here. I stayed in a room that was on the freeway side... while the room was nice and had a balcony, there was no way to drown out freeway noise. If you're a light sleeper, try to get a room away from the freeway.

There was miss communication between room cleaning and staff. Upon returning one evening I noticed that all my food and liquids in the fridge were gone including my suitcase. Staff must not have told I had extended my stay and they didn’t mention to them about my suitcase.

It is a place to stay for a short stay

Facilities are fairly well maintained. There was a rug smell when you enter the room, probably related to the humidity and carpet cleaners used. Price of coffee was way too high. Parking lot was large and charge is comparable to other hotels in the area.

Will not go back again!

Will not go back again! Had 2 rooms and both rooms had very small bathrooms. Also, spoke with hotel in advance and asked for joint rooms or at least rooms close to each other. Apon check-in neither accommodation happened, very poor service. Can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good overall- great location

Overall, the hotel was great. The price was fair for the hotel amenities but parking was costly so take that into consideration for your overall cost. Our room AC did not work and by the time we realized we really had a problem, it was late at night so we did not call the office. The security latch on the door was not functional either. Everything was clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning in between our nights even with kids items, toys and clothing. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed for Valentine’s Day. Easy check-in. Read beforehand about parking, wasn’t a surprise. We liked our room and wished we brought our swim suits for the pool. Didn’t use the restaurants but loved the proximity of the hotel to everything. I didn’t think the bed was the most comfortable though.
