Our stay was great. When we realized one of the tv's didn't work, maintenence came and replaced it within 2 hours. The additional cost of parking was a surprise. And there was no discount buying park passes at the hotel, so we will buy them online next time. But everyone was wonderful.

Staff was great. 1/3 elevators had cardboard lined around it. Assume some construction was going on. 7th floor room. Tub was broken away at the floor. Bathroom door would not close. Went for family vacation. The check in staff was okay at best. Parking way to expensive for the parking lot. The halls was dark and floors uneven. We arrive to our room. 4 guest 2 towels. Side table not strong enough to hold a book without falling over. The hotel was getting renovation on lower floors . .. Not notified we was staying in a hotel with renovation. Hotel is a good 25 to 30 minute walk to Universal. Trying to get pool towels was harder than pulling teeth.
