Great way to fly!
The easy way to fly internationally from Central California is to take Amtrak to LAX, spend the night and fly out in the morning. This Motel 6 provides the perfect overnight stay!

All in all ok. Although I experienced a very rude security guard at 6:40 am. He walked through the lobby where there was a man drinking a coffee while sitting on the sofa. Rather than politely asking him not do so as there was a sign asking not to consume beverages or food on sofa he said to 5he gentleman” can you read” and pointed at the sign. He then just kept walking and entered the elevator. Although it was not said to meI feel it was a very poor example of customer service. If he is employed by the hotel he needs training in guest services. It could have been handled much better without embarrassing the gentleman who may or not return to your property. I have hesitations myself after this situation.

Motel 6 LAX - Prison
Security Guard yelled at me for drinking coffee in the lobby. Desk clerk watched and management doesn’t care. I wasn’t the only customer they argued with. They treated a lady with a dog like crap when it’s supposed to be a pet friendly hotel.

No frills, close to airport- worth the $$
We only stayed at this hotel for a 12 hour layover. For that, the hotel met all our expectations. Both the evening and morning shuttle drivers were great and safe. The front desk was very friendly. If you’re looking for room service, not your place although plenty of food options nearby. The only part I was surprised on was there was only 1 washcloth and hand towel (3 bath towels). No shampoo/conditioner but we did get a bar of soap. If you wanted these items, you could purchase in the vending machines. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Again, 12 hour layover to catch an early morning flight, this was worth the money.
