The customer service was mediocre, queues were long food was not 4 star standard and not good value for money. The rooms were small with tiny balconies and no sun. The floors were not cleaned and the self catering aspect was difficult to use as very tiny area and tiny table. Not family friendly apartment as adults could not sleep in the converted beds in the living area as only fit for children. This made the living arrangements not very relaxed or easy in the evening times. The cleaning team did not come at regular set times in the morning so it made it difficult to plan your exit and re-entry times. You have to pay a cash deposit for pool towels and then go and hand in the receipt elsewhere and it is a real faf. Not all the polls are heated which is a real shame as the kids could not use some of them particularly the water slides one unless they were in a wetsuit and this took away a lot of the available activities for them. The kids club was pretty basic with coloring and a small soft play- I expected them to get out and play games and do sport to burn off some steam. People seemed to smoke everywhere with little regard for signage saying you could not. It was an okay stay but disappointed with the food and the mediocre service given the prices charged it just wasn’t good enough. We were lucky with the weather and so could get out and about as it was in a decent location to beach and restaurants but if it had not been fine I think we would have really struggled here.

It's ok, safe and nice staff.
Nice resort. Food on buffett was not very impressed. Thought the pools were heated but they were freezing cold. Last night got food poisoning. Overall was ok and chilled. Recommend for family holidays. Kids enjoyed it. The amenities need alot of TLC they very old and outdated. The gym area was absolute terrible old and non function equipment. Did not use the wellness as you have to pay extra and after seeing the gym I did not bother. Overall ok only there for bit of fun and sunshine but defined disappointed with food and amenities. Staff were nice and welcoming. The food poisoning at end ruined the trip but ok.

Great Hotel
Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time visiting this hotel. It has a large territory, good size pools, beach is 15min walk or you can use their shuttle bus which leaves twice daily. Rooms were cleaned regularly. My favourite part tho, was the food. It was tasty and every night had a different theme.

Excellent 5th stay here. An adults only bar next to the island restaurant for coffees and pre and post dinner drinks indoors would be an improvemnet using the wasted space of second reception.room and pools were all excellent.we noticed the size of the plastic cups had reduced? And removal of nice sunbeds in adult pool area. Free pool towels at the adults only would also be an improvement. Hope to come many mote times. Only negative was the coach loads of french that came at the end of our stay because the only one restruant open became far too busy and many of them were coughing for some reason. We expect because they came on mass.

This has to be one of my favourite places to stay. I brought my husband , daughter and granddaughter. Many choices of pools, the staff were absolutely amazing and the accommodation were just perfect with a pool outside. My granddaughter has a new favourite place . Hotels.com/expedia didn’t send my reservation over to the hotel so when I arrived there was no reservation for me. I had to pay again and sort this mess out myself in the middle of the night on arrival with 2 small children. Thankfully the hotel had a room. It had such potential but the water was so cold it was very hard to enjoy it especially with a young child. The food was very disappointing. The kids club was very good but so much more could be done with it. The playground area could do with updating and a couple of more items added to it. The staff were very nice and friendly and facility was clean however there was never toilet paper in the toilets by the main pool, this was very annoying.

Great hotel great facilities hotel staff really nice. Food wasn’t as good this time but lots of choice and there is always something that we like. Only let down was cleaners come very early sometimes and on one occasion missed our room entirely. Reception corrected this and arranged new bedding brought to our even though it was 9pm at night.
