Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills, Branson

Family had a great time and our children really enjoyed the pool.

Pros: extremely friendly service, nice pool/hot tub, quiet, great location. Cons: DSL WIFI was completely useless, breakfast had good variety but not too tasty (eggs were watery), low water pressure in shower.

Great location. Was not impressed with cleanliness. Cobwebs all over the ac unit. Pool area was nice but looks to be rarely cleaned around the sitting area. Lots of spiders, cob webs, bugs, and trash along the walls and lounge chairs.

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating but... the part we stayed in had an old musty smell to it. Everything was clean! But there was paint chipped from the door frames and rust showing through there and all over the hinges. The door to the fridge didn't close because it got caught on the handle of the cabinet and worn a huge grove in it which said to me that it hadn't been fixed or even attempted to in a long time. needless to say it didn't stay cold but we were only there for one night so it didn't matter too much. All of that said, very clean, very nice staff, great breakfast, and some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. Cool place but for the dime I paid to stay there, I guess I expected a little more.

We stayed the first night compliments of Welk Resorts and I booked the 2nd night on line as we wanted to stay another day and play a round of golf at Buffalo Ridge. The staff showed both nights and they graciously made it so we could stay in the same room both nights. Quick. Easy. Smiles all around. Easier access off of CRAZY 76 on Fall Creek Road. Room was neat, clean. Sheets super soft! Bed was a smidge on the soft side, but I still slept well! Only complaint I would register? The breakfast eggs. Not very good, even doctored with cheese. Nice try though. Everything else was JUST FINE!
