Great

Great location

8/10 Very good

Very convenient and clean

The location of the hotel is great. Room was very clean and spacious. Lady at the reception (Liza)was so helpful. The comments to improve: the phone at reception being called many times at night and the phone ringing at night disturbing the sleep of the guests next door :( Thanks

Great stay, comfortable room, excellent location, very very helpful host

2/10 Poor

Hotel room so ugly and dirty. No hand soap, towels that smelled bad, dirty and stained duvet. Definitely not a hotel where I would stay again. €150 is not worth it. There are much better rooms around for the same or less money.
Davide, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This property is a suite of several rooms within a section of the second floor of a multi use building. The main drawback is that there is not a always someone there to answer questions, or call a taxi, for example. Also as we were from Canada, and could not read the Italian directory, w.e did not know it was on the second floor. So stressful to know how to access the suite. The room was very nice

6/10 Good

The hotel looks tired and needs to be updated . The reception is a mix of reception and clean-area. Not quite Welcoming. Not very nice to look at the cleaning stuff. The reception is not open regularly. We did not see the receptionist at 10 o’clock as informed. The cleaning lady was waiting in the chair in the reception every morning and it felt like a pressure to be out of the room fast.

6/10 Good

This is not a hotel or bed and breakfast, it is four rooms with beds on the second floor of an office building. It is unstaffed. It anticipates guests know how to navigate Rome, like how to call taxis, for example. The room is small but ok enough for visiting the city. The room has no space or shelving to actually unpack clothing. We visited during the summer and it was very hot; the room fridge wasn’t working and despite numerous requests and one promise to replace it we were completely ignored. The location of the rooms is central in Rome, the only bright point of this accommodation.

Se non fosse per la posizione……

Posizione ottima, personale gentile. Struttura scadente.

Beautiful room, but AC didn’t work well

This is a centrally located hotel. We had no problem checking in. Our room was spacious and beautiful. But upon checking in and taking showers we also noticed that our feet got very dirty walking on the room floor. A previous guest had left some items that were still still in the room. Last, after 3 hours we noticed that the AC was not working very well. The room was warm. I called to inform the manager. He came and said he would have someone look at it the next day. The following day after we had left and returned, the room was still warm. The next day I informed the front desk person about the AC and she said that she checked it and “it was fine.” We are not used to the heat so AC is important-but after that answer, did not bother asking about it again. The other hotels on our trip had AC units that got much cooler. Other than that we enjoyed the location and room.

Excellent location, but no privacy

10 for location, close to everything, but 6-7 for the room itself. Looks much newer in the pictures than it is, quite dark inside, however comfy bed and good shower. If you want privacy then this is not the place for you. Since it’s 4 rooms on the same floor, you hear everything that is happening outside your room. Every day cleaning started around 8.30 so if you want to sleep longer- find some other place. Once the cleaning lady came over while we were still in the room- this is not acceptable! Went we left the room that day, it looked like they waited for us to get out just so that they could clean the room more quickly. In general Vittoria was very nice, we came late but check-in went smoothly. Many very good restaurants in the area, very good breakfast at Ginger, which is right outside. If you get up super early and don’t mind noises, then this is a good choice.

Absolutely satisfied - Tutto Bene

Really nice and cosy place to be. Right in the middle of historic centre, near the "Spanish steps", many cafes and restaurants nearby. Absolutely satisfied with the place and service... I would reccomend it to anyone, even my family. Enjoy! Ciao E&D
