Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I had during my stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Excellent and friendly welcome from staff. Comfortable rooms with modern design and furnishings. Very central location at edge of Old City within walking distance of cultural sites and plenty of restaurants and bars. Only downside the nearby tramlines, but otherwise a warm and cozy stay.
