My wife and I stayed in a standard studio with Queen Size Bed. - the room was extremely noisy- especially from the traffic which seemed never to abate even during the early morning. When they offer a noisy noise cancelling speaker in your room, you realize just how bad it is. It was simply way too much noise. In addition, the refrigerator made loud noises when on. - the breakfast was nothing to write home about. The eggs were stoned cold, and the overall breakfast selection was poor. - The bed sheets and comforter always kept sliding off the bed overnight, something we have never experienced in any other hotel. Also the pillows were not supportive and way too soft.

A few minor hiccups with me being stuck in the elevator on a Sunday for an hour. However, fire department came to the rescue. Attending manager also went all out to provide additional comfort by providing complimentary stay to assuage the negative experience. This together with the top shelf facilities ensured another satisfied customer :-)

Maybe it was just me. I had lot of issues with the property. 1. Driving Directions at the middle of night isn't great. Had to spend extra 10 minutes to find the parking lot. 2. There was a room mix up and I got a smaller room as my room was given to someone else. 3. Had to move to the regular room within 5 minutes as there was another mix up the following day. 4. The toilet stopped working the following day and I had to use the common area toilet. 5. The breakfast is what you pay for. Not sure what the egg is made off. Overall the facility is clean. I just ran into a lot of issues. I loved the underground car park and the car wash.

The place very clean. Including gym room. Laundry room also you could do. The reception was very pleasant. Also they have indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was ok. But you jlhave option to go near to little plaza and eat. People were pleasant and polite. Is worth it to go again. I really recommend 👌.
