The apartment was located in a great position in Albany / 5 minute walk to town and the waterfront. We didn’t cook while we were there for 2 nights but the property had bare essentials if you plan on cooking. Apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Was smallish 2 bedroom apartment. Ground floor with apartments above so didn't get much natural light in living areas. Plenty of seating area for 4. Water pressure in shower was very poor.

Property is fine, location is very good, easily walkable into the main street of Albany, ammenities are ok but cleanliness is letting this place down. No major issues but all the dishes/cutlery needed to be washed before use and the outside areas were dirty, also a few small issues such as the plug in the bathroom not working properly but nothing to stop anyone staying here. This is the second time we stayed at this property, first time (several years ago) we rated it 5 stars, this time 4

Close to town

Quite spacious, but lacking some basic kitchen items. Microwave but no bowls, no serving bowls. Insufficient towel hanging. Could do with a spruce up, sink needs a good scrub and nothing to do it yourself. Small improvement could make this difference from ok to excellent.

Stayed in Raven unit. Basic but comfortable, however only had 2 drinking glasses. TV control only works if point directly/precisely at remote sensor on TV. Took a while to realize this and hence trying to use channel changer and volume control on TV for first night.

Lack of soup spoons, wooden spoon, few tea spoons, no plunger, peeler that works. Had to ask cleaner for kitchen wash liquid. Bathroom - no hooks for clothes, towel rail only big enough for 1 towel. power point for shaving should be near mirror not behind you. Noise transmission thru ceiling above us. Bed 1 small. - Unit E too small, poor value for $185 pn. Overall the property appears built cheaply. First time staying west of town, Will go back to near golf links where kit equipment excellent, 2bedrooms, Ensuite with 2nd bathroom and spacious. - A disappointing stay

The apartment was comfortable, very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the main street and restaurants. It was also very convenient for entry and exiting Albany, avoiding the main thoroughfare. Happy to stay there again.
