Clean and good place to stay for a couple nights. However, my room was cleaned out after the first night however, so various things that I had left in the room (toothbrush, bottle of wine) had been chucked away by the cleaners - I spoke to the guy on the desk but he wasn't able to help..

Black mould, bad service, dirty, no kettle. Yuck.
Have to check in at a different hotel - not an issue really but it took about 10 minutes for someone to let us in there. The hotel was not clean - black paint stains on dirty carpet, a hole in the bedroom wall, black mould in the very small en suite. The room had mugs, tea bags and coffee sachets, a fridge and plenty of milks - but no teaspooons and no kettle! Asked for a kettle to be put in our room while we were out (asked at the other hotel), were told to check back there later to see IF they could get us one... unsurprisingly, no kettle when we checked back with them later, and the guy who was then on the "desk" had not been told about it. He found us a kettle, but didn't apologise for the bad service, just rolled his eyes at the fact he'd not been told. Oh and on arrival we got told we'd "b3en upgraded" to a triple room... what use is a triple room for a couple unless it's much nicer than the double? Room was in the basment and the double bed was pushed up against the wall and therefore no bedside table by the bed. Mattress uncomfy too. All in all, not a great place to stay, especially for the amount we paid. 0/10, not staying again.

OK for a short stay. I was there overnight.
Pros: Location, 5 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube station. Price Size of room Bed comfortable Clean bedding and towels Cons: Toilet blocked on second use at midnight ... A lot of black mould on bath tiles - could do with a good clean. Window blind fell off when I tried to shut it. On inspection there was no RH side bracket- I later found this in a drawer ...a five minutes job to fix. Had to unroll blind by hand and wedge in place. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk provided. Room 69 @ number 37 SBR.

Good overnight stay
I see a lot of bad reviews before booking but it was cheap and used Tesco points so booked,,you need to go the hotel 7 doors down for the key, but simple enough, I requested to stay in the hotel booked and received that, No 55 on second floor, steps are steep, main road traffic is quite noisy as it’s on a busy road, Tea/coffee available in room ( but take a spoon ) Room large with hairdryer, fan and TV, carpets could do with a major clean also shower toiletrie holder, apart from that a good stay, bed also comfortable, lovely Indian restaurant plus Sainsbury’s, easy walk to Hammersmith or Westfield
