Front desk service was a disaster. understaff as there was a long queue waiting to check in. Check out a day earlier and asked for a refund. They agreed but when hotel.com called to verified, they say otherwise.

One of the worst experience. Other than location. Pathetic hotel. Pls carry your own empty glass, bottle of water , heater, warm clothes, light to see in the room.. basically everything. Staff not helpful at all. Nobody knows English , everything they say no. Nothing to eat after 7. And this was not even Ibis budget.. B Never ever coming.to this hotel or any Ibis for that matter ..

Limpeza e conservação questionável. Vazamento no box deixava o banheiro sempre muito molhado e a limpeza geral estava terrível. Regulagem da ducha imprecisa fazia banhos frios ou muito quentes… O ponto positivo que superou as expectativas foi o atendimento sempre fantástico!
