Comfy beds, clean room, room size was fine for 1 person but would be small for 2 although im sure there are bigger rooms for couples rather than solo traveller. No staff on site but an easy electronic check in. Location excellent for what I needed. Would stay here again

It was a late check in. Upon arrival I used the code to get in the building. The kiosk was frozen. Couldn't contact property staff. Eventually I was able to get ahold of security. They came and let me in my room. However, they could not give me a key so I was essentially stuck in my room.

Hotel is good but the breakfast was elseware. And if you order that at the hotel it was more expensive then you order it directly where you can have you breakfast

Great spot near train station and inner city. Walkable and a coffee shop downstairs. Room interiors were well designed and decorated. Wish it came with a parking voucher for nearest lot though.

Really lovely hotel. With a self checkin system. Te rooms were neat and clean. Really hot though and the artwork was bit creepy. Overall a good stay!

Situated opposite the train and bus station. Handy for local cafe and fast food. Only a 10-15 malk to the center where you find resturants, museums and art galleries, as well as paintings amd litlle object to do with Bosch and his famous painting. A shame there was no lift in the building, but understandable. The rooms were light and well cleaned. Breakfast was provided in Coffee Lab below the building. . A nice stsy.

What guests have to know is the absence of elevator facilities Especially for older people can this give problems

The room was a one bedroom toilet. The bed took up all the room, you needed to crawl on to it as there was not a single inch either side of the bed. Tea and kettle was available, but no sockets to plug the kettle into. Bathroom was laughable, the sink was the tiniest I have ever seen. have photos, but they can't be attached.

Quirky old property . More like a dormitory with separate rooms. Hottest day ever and i had to keep the window open to put outside the pipe from the air-condition unit. Room was clean and comfortable . I don't think worth €108 for one night.

Avoid this hotel. The description omits that there is a VERY steep staircase you must climb with NO elevator. If you have any luggage, you will probably injure yourself. You may injure yourself anyway. This is unacceptable to omit this information. Also, there is no one on-site at the hotel. I called to mention I would need help with getting the luggage up the stairs (I’ve had two back surgeries) and the person answering said she’s 15 minutes away. An employee in the coffee shop next door helped, but they should have SOMEONE onsite. Even “self-serve check-in” hotels typically have SOMEONE on site. I can forgive the closet-sized room and uncomfortable mattress, but the steep stairs with NO warning is inexcusable. The attraction of the hotel is that it’s near the train station so you don’t have to lug luggage across several
blocks. I’d rather do that than lug them up a 45° staircase.
