2 senedir üst üste kafa dinlemek için uzaklaşmak istediğim zaman imdadıma yetişen otel. Otelin temizliği yeteri derecede iyi hergün odalar temizleniyor. Hizmet kalitesi ise bir çok otelden iyi. Personel güler yüzlü sizleri mutlu etmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Otel özellikleri ise sıcak su devamlı var ve yeterli seviyede aqua parkı yeterli eğlenceli, havuzu büyük ve 1.80 cm derinliği mevcut , çocuk havuzu yeterli çoğu otele göre de çok büyük çocuk havuzu. Otel konumu karadeniz kıyısı olduğu için deniz biraz dalgalı oluyor dalga kıranlar mevcut ve birden derinleşmiyor. Aile ve arkadaş ortamı ile gidip kafa dağıtılacak güzel bir mekan konaklamamız boyunca bizlere yardımcı olan otel personelleri özellikle hasan, kemal, ibrahim,ve genel müdür oğuz beye teşekkür ederim. Havuz personeli behzat kardeşime de ilgilerinden ötürü çok teşekkür ederim. Otelin yemekleri yeterli ve lezzetli lezzet konusunda hiç sıkıntı çekmeyeceksiniz. Mutfak personeline de teşekkürler giderseniz güzel bir tatil sizleri bekliyor olacak. Bugün gülümsemeniz için bir çok sebebiniz olabilir carpediem diamond da onlardan biri.

Memnun kalırsak Yaz dönemi bir kac kez seyahet ederiz düşüncesiyle gidip kızgın cıktıgımız otel. Rezervasyonumuzu 2 yetiskin 3 ve 17 yas cocuk olarak yapıp otele gıttıgımizde 17 yas için yetişkin olarak ayrı bir fiyat çıkarıldı. Buna ragmen fazladan 800 TL civarı ödemeyi yapıp odamıza girdik temizlik yapılmamış sigara izmariti vardı en kötüsü odamızda dolap yoktu resepsiyonda bulunan Ayse hanıma ilettim kucuk kızımın oldugunu ve gece süt içtigini ilettim elinde hiç dolabı olmadıgını gece sütü koymak için kendisini aramamı kendisinin muhafaza edeceğini söyledi tesekkr edip cıktm konakladıgımız süre boyunca bekledik odamıza bir dolap koyulur diye o süre boyunca kamera kayıtlarındada eminim mevcuttur ellerimizde su posetleriyle defalarca girip cıktık yani yaz gunu o sıcakta otele sürpriz bir ödeme yapmamıza ragmen birde soguk sulara para verdik neyazıkkı ve ne tesadüfkii otelden bir çıkıs olmadı heraldeki bizim odamıza bir dolap verilmedi yemekhanedeki calısanlar gayet iyi ve ilgililer hepsine ayrı ayrı tesekkr ederiz ama maalesef resepsiyondaki ilgili arkadaşlardan dolayı bir daha kesinlikle gideceğim ve tavsiye edecegim bir otel değil
