Unprofessional
Hotel Khamsun Paro could not provide us rooms inspite our prior booking through Expedia 4 months in advance. Offered us inferior alternative hotel initially but after our refusal gave us rooms in Rema resort a bit far from centre but good property. We were very disappointed because after 7 hours of hectic road journey we had to go to other property after wait of 2 hours.

Not a good option
The rooms are very small and if you are there for a leisure holiday, you will find yourself suffocating. The staff initially greeted us warmly at the time of check in, however the staff was rude when we asked for the extra bed for which we had already paid. The food was ordinary and it was served in very unhygienic way. The cups had stains of tea and the plates were unclean. We would definitely not go back there and would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Good clean new hotel in the heart of town
Excellent hotel, clean bed linen and washroom.Very good heating, though the rooms are slightly small, its very comfortable.Extremely courteous staff, special mention about Ms. Dorji of front office and Mrs. Maya of room service who were very helpful .Room service was very prompt, so too was the check in & checkout process.Food was good and helpings satisfactory and reasonably priced.

Too many reasond not to stay here
I Stayed at Khamsum for a night and it wasnt a good stay at all for the following reasons -
1. A guest from another room mistakenly pushed open my room door at 11PM while I was fast asleep. Though it was just a hotel guest doing this by mistake but with the key card access it shouldn't have happened,. Its not safe and encroaches privacy.
2. Front desk called me at 6AM to wake me up and ask what time I will be checking out, really!
3.Wifi in the room works in certain areas only and is interminent, good luck trying to go online or post something on social media.
4. Bathroom had a nice rain shower but wasnt working and there was a bucket to fill in for shower.
Although this hotel is new, reasonable, but for the above reasons I would not recommend staying here.
