Disappointed
The premium paid for this hotel made the stay be very disappointing. The hotel staff was not very friendly, we had to book our breakfast time which was very frustrating and harmed the planning for our days. The room was full of fire ants and their restaurant food/drinks were outrageously expensive.

Lugar incrível, limpo e bem arejado, ates de ir para o hotel olhei aqui e tinha algumas avaliações negativas, e fiquei um pouco em dúvida de ir, e ainda bem que eu fui! não tirem suas conclusões pelas palavras dos outros, tire pelas suas experiências. Hotel com boa infraestrutura mas servico um tanto deficiente. As toalhas para piscina e/ou praia eram pagas mas mesmo assim nao tinham toalhas disponíveis quando procuramos no inicio da manha (~08:30), e a atendente informou que isso não era obrigação do hotel era um eventual cortesia paga. Além disso nao era permitido se levar as toalhas dos quartos. Café da manhã bom, mas a disponibilidade de lugar era complicada, tinha uma área num mesanino mas não estava liberada

Constrangimento no café da manhã
Tive um grande aborrecimento no último café da manhã quando um funcionário do restaurante negou fazer ovos fritos para minha esposa, alegando que devido a quantidade de clientes não fariam mais ovos fritos na hora nas sextas, sábados e domingo. Foi quando eu disse que faria uma reclamação e então o funcionário mudou o tom e pediu a cozinha para preparar. Apesar de já ter me hospedado várias vezes no SunBay fiquei muito chateado com esta surpreendente decisão do restaurante de não priorizar a qualidade do atendimento ao cliente. Se o hotel está cheio então deve-se colocar mais funcionarios para trabalharem no café da manhã e não precarizar o atendimento constrangendo os hóspedes ao absurdo. Afinal um ovo frito se faz em qualquer hospedagem simples. Lamentável. Fiz reclamação diretamente ao SAC do SunBay porém não obtive resposta no e-mail.
