1. We arrived around 1500 for a chack-in after a day on the mountain with the owners nowhere to be found. All-in-all we ended up waiting for about 1.5 hours before someone came and started checking us in. We waited on the stairs right ourside of the reception for most of that time.
2. When the owners showed up, we had to wait for another 30 minutes (still waiting on the stairs, with a 5 year old kid) to find out that they have overbooked and do not have an apartment that was reserved and confirmed about 2 months prior to us arriving.
3. The owner attempted to get us an apartment similar in size in the neighboring hotel for an additional price, to which we did not agree to. He then got us a very small room ~20m^2 (see pictures), for the price of the apartment ~40m^2 (see pictures). The room was clean and but very old. Needless to say the room on the picture is nothing like the advertised renovated apartment. A partial refund was requested, though the request was politely ignored.

5. Breakfast was very basic, but fresh. I wish I could say more positive things abot the hotel, but I really can't.
