The elevator is quite dated with a 3 person limitation. It took several trips to deliver our bags to the room as the elevator was also very small. The property is dated but clean with friendly staff. After hours you have to ring the buzzer to gain access to the building. On occasion, it may take a while to summons the elevator, but the hotel is on the second floor but conveniently accessed by the stairs.

The hotel is excellent, I will give it 5 stars and above. It is an upscale hotel, the facilities are up todate, the room is very roomy, clean and spotless. The staff are very helpful and informative, top of the line customer service. The location is walkable to the attractions and is safe to walk back to the hotel at night without worrying. I definitely will stay in this hotel when I travel to Rome again. I will not hesitate to recommend Hotel Cellini to my friends.

I highly recommend Hotel Cellini to anyone traveling to Rome, especially if you plan to arrive and leave by train. The hotel is within walking distance to the Rome Termini. The hotel staff was easy to reach by email and gave wonderful details regarding parking. We arrived by car and was able to follow the recommended route to avoid ZTL restrictions. Derrick at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, answering all our questions with patience. The room is comfortable and air conditioning was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. We would stay here again.

Amazing staff
Small place, big rooms. Excellent hospitality. Staff was very welcoming,and helpful. We got there way before check in staff checked in our bags gave us directions to the locations we wanted to see and gave us food recommendations. Our room was ready before official check in and bags were sent directly. Would recommend to anyone and will be on the top of our list of where to stay if we can make it back to Rome.

A little gem
Located in a quiet street but close to lots of places of interest, transport links, restaurants etc. We only stayed the one night on our return from a cruise, and due to the heat in the City spent most of our time in the hotel. All the staff were amazing, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for us. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco with snacks was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient to fuel us for our trip back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again - although obviously not in the height of a red hot summer.

This is a very nice hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors (US 3 and 4) of a large building. The location is excellent near the Republic Square and Metro. The staff was exrorindarily friendly and helpful; the low-cost breafast was very good. The street outsice the hotel was not very clean and had garbage piled up. Still I plan to say at the Cellini again.
