What didn't we like? The check in! Appalling use of technology when humans can do it so much better. First the world has the ALDI business model whereby a retail ( service?) business provides no service and forces customers to basically serve themselves. Then we get no service " restaurants" that con people into ordering via tablets etc. And now we have a hotel that provides no human contact and the check in is via computer. So people are sitting around a check in area waiting for the computer to tel ' em their room is ready. The upside is that there are 2 lovely helpful ladies in their other hotel who fix it all. Very efficient, helpful, friendly . Progress? Don't think so!
Upside is room is quit nice, very clean, well equiped and great location. Lots of great German public transport on the door step.
Parking is easy and located 30 meters from thd door.
After initial frustrating experience, happy wigh the hotel.
