The hotel room did its job.
The plastic cover for my swipe card on the door was missing and electronics exposed. The door itself kept sticking and required quite a bit of force to open or shut and made a loud noise as it would hit the frame. The wall above the tv in line with the heating and cooling vent had dust and cob webs stuck to the wall. Usually each time I went to use the elevator from the lobby there were cleaning carts just sitting in plain view. The doors and frames in my floor seemed generally beat up with scrapes or dents and need a fresh coat of paint.

A nice hotel with some limitations
It's a good hotel for families. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice washrooms. Some concerns are the lack of help for seniors or guests with disabilities to take baggage to rooms, and limited food dining options.
